Version prelaunch-terms-rc10 · Updated 23 August 2026 · Acceptance record: terms v5
These Terms govern access to Rafflux and explain the separate rules that apply to the current free pre-launch phase and to features that may be offered later. They are written so that a free pre-launch release can be activated without pretending that paid competitions or prize fulfilment are already live.
Competition-specific facts—such as a prize, game, entry period, price, capacity, skill rules, tie procedure and claim deadline—must appear in separate Official Rules before entry. Those specific rules supplement these Terms and prevail if they are more specific.
1. Who operates Rafflux
Rafflux is operated by George Michael / Γιώργος Μιχαήλ, an individual sole trader trading as Rafflux (the Operator, Rafflux, we, us or our). Business and service address: Daidalou 3a, Larnaca 7020, Republic of Cyprus. Email: geobusiness05@outlook.com. Telephone: +357 95788101. VAT No.: CY60074939F.
The monitored business email is the contact for service questions, complaints, privacy and data-rights requests. The telephone may also be used for service contact. Do not send a password, one-time code, full payment-card number or unrequested identity document through either channel.
2. When these Terms apply
The version displayed as effective when you create or update an account is the version that applies. Rafflux records the version and time of an acceptance where the product requires acceptance. Merely reading a draft or publication candidate does not activate a campaign or create a reward entitlement.
The free pre-launch provisions apply only after the pre-launch campaign is opened. Provisions labelled as future or conditional apply only after Rafflux expressly activates that feature, publishes all required disclosures and Official Rules, and obtains any renewed acceptance required by law or by the change.
3. Eligibility and Cyprus territory
The initial service is for natural persons aged 18 or older who are lawfully eligible to use Rafflux, control a verified Cyprus +357 mobile number and can present a valid Cyprus identity card when Rafflux performs the human eligibility check. Rafflux has chosen those two Cyprus-linked factors for its own account and competition eligibility rule and does not require separate proof of current residential address.
No identity document is collected during ordinary pre-launch enrollment. Paid competitions, wallet deposits and prizes are disabled in this release, so no money can be added and no paid or prize-related activity can occur. Before any future eligibility verification or prize claim, Rafflux will provide a protected private upload and short-lived in-page viewer. Only George as Owner or an active Admin specifically assigned by George, using AAL2 multi-factor authentication, may open the document. The reviewer sees only the fields needed to confirm identity, age and document validity, and the system records the reviewer, structured purpose, opening time, document side and access-session expiry.
Submitted identity images receive an automated deletion deadline no later than the end of the submission day in Cyprus. Recording a decision first requires server-mediated deletion of the image files; overdue evidence is claimed by the restricted cleanup worker, which verifies that the private storage prefix is empty before completing the cleanup record. An exceptional preservation hold is available only to an AAL2-authenticated Owner for a listed law-enforcement, active-security-investigation or litigation-preservation reason, for no more than 24 hours at a time; expiry or early release returns the case to deletion.
Rafflux does not use OCR, facial recognition, biometric templates, liveness analysis, AI identity matching or automated identity rejection in this workflow. A rejection uses a structured category and a safe explanation, with a route to correct the evidence and request a human appeal that the original reviewer cannot decide. For person-level duplicate prevention, a document number may be converted only on the server into a secret-keyed HMAC token; the raw number is not stored or logged. The token is personal data, and a possible token match requires a recorded human resolution rather than an automatic rejection, suspension or ban.
You must not use Rafflux where participation, receipt of a prize or the relevant service would be unlawful for you. Employees, contractors, prize suppliers and their immediate households may be excluded by the Official Rules for a particular competition.
4. Account creation and temporary verification identities
Every Rafflux membership requires a confirmed email, a user-chosen Rafflux password and one-time verification of a unique Cyprus +357 phone. A person may begin with email and password or with Google sign-in. Google supplies a verified identity and email but never gives Rafflux the person’s Google password, so a first-time Google user must create a separate Rafflux password before membership. Apple sign-in is displayed as prepared but unavailable and cannot be used until its production setup is genuinely enabled and tested. Passwords are processed by Supabase Auth and are not available to Rafflux staff in readable form. The email confirmation proves control of the account email, and the one-time SMS check links the phone to one membership; neither is described as a recurring second factor at every login. Provider rate limits, code expiry and security controls apply in addition to the on-screen limits.
Creating an email-and-password identity or completing Google sign-in can create a temporary hosted authentication identity before you press the final Complete pre-launch account button. The one-time phone verification can be attached to that identity. Until final completion succeeds with all required credentials, that identity is not a Rafflux pre-launch membership, profile, policy-acceptance record or reward grant.
You must provide accurate information, keep control of your email, phone and password, and contact support promptly if you suspect compromise. You may not sell, share or transfer an account or use another person’s contact details without lawful authority.
5. Final pre-launch enrollment
Pre-launch enrollment completes only when the final action succeeds after the required name, Cyprus city or area, age confirmation, Terms acceptance, Privacy Notice acknowledgment, confirmed email, Rafflux password and one-time verification of a unique phone have been supplied. The final backend operation records the profile, required evidence, membership and reward entitlement together so a partial failure cannot silently create only part of the promised enrollment.
Your exact delivery address is not required for ordinary enrollment. Rafflux requests it privately only if it is genuinely needed for winner verification or prize delivery under applicable Winner Terms.
6. One person, one account and one phone
Each person may hold one ordinary Rafflux account and claim the free pre-launch reward once. Each verified phone number may be associated with one account. Rafflux may link or restrict duplicate accounts and may require human review before changing a verified phone or restoring access.
Attempting to obtain repeated free rewards through aliases, multiple phones controlled for abuse, automation, collusion or misleading identity information is prohibited. A genuine account-recovery or phone-change request will be reviewed without automatically treating the user as abusive.
7. Five free pre-launch reward attempts
Every eligible person who completes enrollment while the pre-launch reward campaign is open receives five free reward attempts once. They are recorded in the authoritative reward-attempt system with their pre-launch source preserved. Retrying the completion action cannot duplicate the grant.
The attempts are promotional, personal, non-transferable, not purchasable, not wallet credit, have no cash value and do not guarantee a prize. Once validly granted they have no expiry date, including after the pre-launch reward campaign closes at the first real public production app launch. Every ordinary Rafflux competition must accept them from a member who is otherwise eligible under its Official Rules. The member may allocate all five to one competition or split them across competitions. Each participant may purchase up to 500 paid attempts for a competition, or a lower per-person limit disclosed in its Official Rules. Promotional attempts are additional to that per-person paid purchase limit and an ordinary competition cannot reduce acceptance of the five free pre-launch reward attempts to zero merely because they are promotional.
Allocation reserves that reward attempt for the selected competition. A played or submitted reward attempt is consumed under the Official Rules. An allocated reward attempt that remains unplayed at the competition’s fixed published end is restored exactly once to the member’s available reward balance; it is not converted to wallet money or cash. A verified Rafflux outage that invalidates or prevents fair completion also restores the affected attempt under the published outage remedy.
Deleting an account, fraud, ineligibility or a material breach may make unused promotional attempts unavailable after a fair review. Rafflux does not promise a launch date or cash substitute if no eligible competition ever becomes available, but it will not remove the benefit merely to avoid an announced launch delay.
Bundle bonus attempts are free promotional attempts granted with a qualifying paid-attempt bundle for the named competition. They are non-transferable, have no cash or wallet value, and do not count toward paid-attempt revenue or paid-goal progress. If unused when that competition reaches its ordinary fixed deadline, bundle bonus attempts expire without refund or cash conversion. Unplayed paid attempts included in the bundle are credited back to the wallet under the published refund rules.
8. Campaign availability and closure
Ordinary Rafflux account registration is intended to remain open after the apps and competition service launch, with no numerical membership cap. The separate five-attempt pre-launch reward is available only to an otherwise eligible person who completes enrollment before the Rafflux app is first publicly launched and while the authoritative pre-launch reward campaign is open. Rafflux will publish the exact cutoff when known. The cutoff stops new grants and does not expire attempts already validly granted.
A permanent cancellation or material reduction of the pre-launch reward benefit must be communicated clearly. Because no payment is taken for the benefit, it has no refund value; mandatory rights and remedies are not excluded.
9. Optional marketing
Launch-news marketing is optional and separate from membership, policy acceptance and the reward grant. You may withdraw it from the available preference control or by contacting geobusiness05@outlook.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out or remove a valid membership or reward.
Rafflux may still send necessary service messages, such as security notices, policy updates, verification messages, campaign status, claim deadlines and material account information, where those messages are not promotional marketing.
10. Future competitions and Official Rules
No competition is live merely because a feature, database table, website screen, iOS preview, game or draft rule exists. Website and iOS preview data are fictional or offline illustrations until Rafflux decides and publishes a public iOS mode. Paid competitions, wallet deposits and prizes are disabled. Before any future entry, Rafflux must publish competition-specific Official Rules identifying the facts required for that competition, including eligibility, entry routes, capacity, scoring, technical-fault treatment and any then-applicable transaction, prize, cancellation and claim terms.
If an Official Rule conflicts with these Terms on a competition-specific point, the Official Rule controls for that competition. Mandatory law controls over both.
11. Skill, scoring and leaderboards
Rafflux competitions are intended to be determined by disclosed skill criteria under a frozen server-authoritative ruleset. The server-validated result, not a local device display, demo result or screenshot, controls ranking. One best eligible result per person may be ranked unless the Official Rules say otherwise.
A leaderboard may conceal the leading numeric value while still showing position. Exact server values, not rounded display values, determine order. A true exact tie must use the disclosed repeated-skill playoff or another non-random skill procedure; insertion order, undisclosed timestamps and random selection must not break a tie.
12. Attempts and gameplay evidence
Every ordinary Rafflux competition accepts free pre-launch reward attempts from otherwise eligible members. Any other paid, free or promotional route must be identified before allocation. Each participant may purchase no more than 500 paid attempts for one competition, subject to any lower per-person limit disclosed before purchase. Free and reward attempts are additional to that participant’s paid purchase limit. The competition-wide submitted paid-attempt goal or allocation ceiling is a separate disclosed number, may exceed 500, and is calculated from the competition’s published economics. Free and reward attempts contribute zero to that paid goal, paid revenue, paid progress or revenue-based prize economics, and can rank on the same disclosed skill basis when otherwise eligible.
Gameplay can create server-authorized attempt tokens, inputs, replay logs, timing, score, device context and integrity signals. A valid completed result can rank. A canonical played but unfinished result cannot rank. A malformed, tampered or technically unverifiable submission can be excluded and reviewed. The Official Rules must explain any technical-fault remedy.
13. Anti-cheat and human review
Bots, scripts, input or replay tampering, collusion, emulator abuse, impossible inputs, exploiting undisclosed defects, account farming, payment fraud, harassment and interference with Rafflux systems are prohibited. Security research must not access another person’s data or disrupt the service and should be reported to geobusiness05@outlook.com.
Automated systems may calculate deterministic results and flag risk, but a materially adverse anti-cheat, eligibility, identity, payment or winner decision must be reviewable by an authorized person. Identity rejection uses a structured safe reason, permits correction and a human appeal, and requires a different reviewer for the appeal. A possible duplicate-prevention token match is evidence for human resolution, not an automated rejection, suspension or ban. Rafflux may preserve the relevant minimized evidence and explain the outcome to the extent security, privacy and law permit.
14. Future paid attempts and wallet features
Paid competitions, wallet deposits and prizes are disabled. This section does not offer a payment route, wallet balance, paid attempt or prize.
If a wallet is activated later, Rafflux will publish the payment provider, required transaction disclosures and the specific disclosed refund route before accepting money. A refund will follow that disclosed route and applicable law; these Terms do not promise that every refund is universally converted to wallet credit.
15. Future withdrawal and refund rules
Paid-feature cancellation and refund rules have not been published because paid features are disabled. Rafflux will publish them, together with the applicable consumer disclosures and refund route, before taking payment or opening a paid competition.
A free pre-launch reward attempt is not money, wallet credit or a cash-refund entitlement. Its treatment remains governed by the free pre-launch rules and any future Official Rules that are validly published before use.
16. Future competition closure and economics
Paid competitions are disabled. The existing per-person limit in section 12 remains the only stated cap: competition-wide capacity may exceed 500, but no paid attempt can be purchased in this release.
Rafflux has not published paid-competition economics, host arrangements, payment-provider facts, cancellation terms or prize terms. Those facts must be published in effective Official Rules before a paid competition is opened.
17. Winners and prize claims
Prizes and winner claims are disabled. Rafflux has not published a final winner-appeal deadline, prize claim process, delivery process or cancellation rule for a live competition.
If a competition is launched, its Official Rules and Winner Claim and Delivery Terms must publish those facts before entry. Optional winner publicity will require a separate choice where consent is required.
18. Suspension, restriction and termination
Rafflux may restrict activity while investigating a credible security, fraud, legal or integrity risk. It may suspend or close an account for a material or repeated breach, unlawful use, verified ineligibility or protection of users and the service. Where lawful and safe, Rafflux will provide the reason and a human review route.
You may request account closure. Closure does not require deletion of records that must be retained for security, claims, tax, payment, competition integrity or legal obligations. Unresolved balances, disputes or winner claims may need to be completed or preserved first.
19. Intellectual property and licence
Rafflux branding, code, games, artwork, rules, text, databases and other materials are protected to the extent allowed by law. Rafflux grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use an available service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, frame, distribute or commercially exploit Rafflux except with written permission or where mandatory law expressly permits the activity. Feedback may be used to improve the service without transferring ownership of your pre-existing rights.
20. User content and winner media
If you submit a support message, appeal, username or other content, you retain your rights and grant Rafflux the limited rights needed to host, review and use it for the requested service, security and legal purposes. You must have the right to submit it and must not upload unlawful, infringing or abusive material.
A winner photograph, video, voice, testimonial, social handle, home exterior or doorstep presentation is not covered by a broad automatic publicity licence. Rafflux will ask separately before filming. The winner may agree to identifiable footage, agree only to a version in which identifying features are blurred, or refuse filming. Refusal does not cancel a valid prize; the fallback public proof is the minimized winner name and prize information stated in the Official Rules, without an exact address.
21. Third-party services
Rafflux relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, email and SMS delivery and may later use payment, fraud, identity or app-distribution providers. Their availability and separate terms can affect a feature. Rafflux remains responsible for choosing and governing processors where data-protection law requires it.
Apple, Google, payment networks, telecommunications providers and social platforms do not sponsor or administer a Rafflux promotion merely because their services or devices are used. Competition rules distributed through an app must contain any platform disclaimer required at that time.
22. Availability, changes and force majeure
Rafflux does not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may maintain, secure or change pre-launch features. It must not secretly change a published competition’s material rules or score after entry. For a verified Rafflux, hosting, network, server or scorer outage, Rafflux restores every affected attempt or paid value exactly once and extends the published competition deadline by the verified outage duration; if the outage occurs during the final 24 hours, the extension is at least 24 hours.
Rafflux is not responsible for delay caused by events genuinely outside reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to reduce harm and provide any notice or remedy required by the Official Rules or law. Prize unavailability cannot be used as a pretext to downgrade an award; the published remedy for an unavailable or damaged item is the final cash alternative.
23. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, deliberate misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that law does not permit Rafflux to exclude or limit.
Subject to that rule, Rafflux is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of its breach or failure to use reasonable care. It is not responsible for unforeseeable, indirect or business losses suffered by a consumer, or for loss caused by the user’s breach, insecure device, incorrect information or an unavailable third-party network outside Rafflux’s reasonable control. For paid services, Rafflux’s aggregate contractual liability is capped at the amount that the affected consumer paid Rafflux during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where this paragraph or mandatory law does not permit that cap.
24. Privacy, storage and communications
The Privacy Notice explains how Rafflux uses personal data. The Cookie and Local Storage Notice explains essential authentication cookies, the 30-day remember-device choice and identifier-free OTP security state. Privacy acknowledgment is evidence that the notice was shown; it is not blanket consent to every processing purpose.
The current retention baseline is: unfinished verification identities up to 30 days; authentication, security and consent-gated analytics records ordinarily 12 months; support records ordinarily 24 months; closed-account data deleted or anonymized within 24 months unless an earlier request or longer legal hold applies; identity-document images deleted through the decision route or automated cleanup no later than the end of the submission day in Cyprus, subject only to a documented 24-hour-at-a-time exceptional hold; minimized identity-verification outcomes and purpose, time and access audits ordinarily up to 24 months after account closure; secret-keyed HMAC duplicate-prevention tokens and the minimum non-redeemable pre-launch reward anti-repeat evidence up to 6 years after account closure or the relevant relationship where needed to prove compliance and prevent duplicate benefit abuse; and financial, tax, dispute or legal evidence for the applicable statutory period, commonly up to six years. The minimized records are personal data, remain subject to applicable rights and legal obligations, do not contain the raw identity-document number and are not the identity-document image. The Privacy Notice gives the detailed exceptions and rights.
Electronic notices may be delivered to the verified email and, where available and appropriate, by optional SMS and in-app notification. You must keep contact details current. A notice is not validly delivered if Rafflux knows it failed and makes no reasonable follow-up where the matter is time-sensitive.
25. Complaints and appeals
Send account, score, suspension, refund, winner, privacy or service complaints to geobusiness05@outlook.com and include the relevant reference without emailing passwords, one-time codes, full card data or unnecessary identity documents. Rafflux aims to acknowledge an ordinary complaint within two business days and provide a substantive response within ten business days, or explain why more time is reasonably needed.
George currently handles Rafflux requests. No other administrator is currently assigned. A future administrator may handle a request only after George specifically assigns that role and the necessary access, confidentiality and response controls. Available statutory complaint and dispute routes remain available even if Rafflux’s internal review is used first.
26. Governing law and consumer forum
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule that allows a consumer to bring or defend proceedings in another competent court or preserves a non-waivable consumer protection.
The discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is not presented as an available route. Rafflux will identify any applicable Cyprus alternative-dispute or regulatory route in the effective publication block and competition rules.
27. Changes, assignment and severability
Rafflux may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, product or operational reasons. Material changes are versioned and, where required, shown for renewed acceptance. An update cannot retroactively rewrite a concluded competition except through a fair remedy permitted by its Official Rules and applicable law.
You may not transfer your account or rights without Rafflux’s written agreement. Rafflux may transfer the service to a lawful successor only with appropriate notice and without reducing mandatory rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent possible. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
28. Entire agreement and contact
For free pre-launch membership, the effective Terms—including Appendix A, which reproduces Pre-launch Reward Rules prelaunch-reward-rc9 in full—and the separate Privacy Notice acknowledgment form the applicable agreement. The immutable Terms acceptance record therefore binds the included rules without pretending that the database stores a third policy type. For a future competition, its Official Rules and any displayed transaction terms are added. No screenshot, demo, social post or informal statement changes those documents unless Rafflux expressly incorporates it.
Contact geobusiness05@outlook.com or +357 95788101 for service, complaint or privacy matters. The Operator details in section 1 form the publication contact block.
Appendix A — Pre-launch Reward Rules prelaunch-reward-rc9
This appendix is part of the Terms rather than a separately recorded database policy. It reproduces the linked rules below from the same canonical source so the accepted Terms snapshot and hash contain the complete pre-launch reward agreement.
These rules explain exactly how an eligible person earns the five free pre-launch reward attempts. They supplement the Terms and are intentionally separate from future competition Official Rules.
A.1 Promoter and campaign
The promoter is George Michael / Γιώργος Μιχαήλ, an individual sole trader trading as Rafflux. Business and service address: Daidalou 3a, Larnaca 7020, Republic of Cyprus. Email: geobusiness05@outlook.com. Telephone: +357 95788101. VAT No.: CY60074939F.
A.2 Opening and closing
Ordinary Rafflux account registration is intended to remain available after the apps and competition service launch, with no numerical membership cap. Account registration and the pre-launch reward are separate controls: the five-attempt reward is granted only to an otherwise eligible person who completes enrollment while the authoritative pre-launch reward campaign is open and before the Rafflux app first becomes publicly available as the real production service.
Rafflux must publish the app-launch cutoff date and time when it is known. Closing the pre-launch reward campaign affects only future grants. Reward attempts already validly granted before the cutoff remain available without an expiry date, subject to these rules, the rules of the competition selected and any account restriction following a fair review. Rafflux may temporarily suspend registration or reward enrollment for legal, security, abuse or service-integrity reasons without silently converting that suspension into an earlier permanent cutoff.
A.3 Eligibility
You must be a natural person aged 18 or older, be legally eligible to use Rafflux, control one verified +357 mobile number that is not linked to another Rafflux account and be able to present a valid Cyprus identity card when Rafflux performs its human eligibility check. For this campaign, Rafflux has chosen the verified +357 number and valid Cyprus identity card as its Cyprus-eligibility requirements; it does not require separate proof of current residential address.
Rafflux does not collect an identity document during ordinary pre-launch enrollment. Paid competitions, wallet deposits and prizes are disabled. No paid, free, pre-launch reward or other promotional attempt can be used for a live competition in this release. Rafflux will provide a protected private upload and short-lived in-page viewer before any future identity document is requested. Only George as Owner or an active Admin specifically assigned by George can review the minimum fields needed to confirm identity, age and document validity, and only with AAL2 multi-factor authentication. The access record identifies the reviewer, structured purpose, time, document side and session expiry.
Submitted document images receive an automated deletion deadline no later than the end of the submission day in Cyprus. The server-mediated decision route deletes the files before recording the outcome, and the restricted cleanup worker removes overdue files and verifies the private storage prefix is empty. Only an AAL2-authenticated Owner may set a listed exceptional preservation hold, for no more than 24 hours at a time, for a law-enforcement request, active security investigation or litigation preservation; expiry or early release returns the case to deletion.
This workflow does not use OCR, facial recognition, biometric templates, liveness analysis, AI identity matching or automated identity rejection. A document number used for person-level duplicate prevention is converted only on the server into a secret-keyed HMAC token; the raw number is not stored or logged. The token remains personal data, and a possible match requires recorded human resolution rather than an automatic rejection, suspension or ban. Rafflux may retain the minimized outcome, access audit and token for their stated periods without retaining the document image.
Rafflux may request proportionate verification where there is a genuine eligibility, duplication or fraud concern. A business, bot, automated account, agent entering for another person or person using false information is not eligible.
A.4 How to complete enrollment
Complete the published registration flow with first name, surname, Cyprus city or area, 18+ confirmation, Terms acceptance, Privacy Notice acknowledgment, a confirmed email, a user-chosen Rafflux password and one-time verification of a unique +357 phone. Optional launch-news consent is not required.
Email confirmation proves control of the account email and the one-time phone check links the number to one membership. They are not described as recurring second factors at every login. A person may begin with email/password or Google, but a Google user must still set a Rafflux password and complete the phone check before membership. Apple remains prepared but unavailable until it is genuinely enabled and tested. Requesting or completing an authentication step can create a temporary authentication identity; membership and the reward are created only when the final Complete pre-launch account action succeeds. The authoritative backend, not the review-screen display alone, determines completion.
A.5 The reward
A valid completed member receives exactly five promotional reward attempts once. They are credited through the same authoritative reward-attempt ledger used for approved promotional rewards and remain attributable to the pre-launch reward campaign.
The reward is not money, wallet balance, a purchased attempt, a prize, a promise that a particular prize will be offered, or consideration for marketing. It cannot be sold, gifted, withdrawn, refunded or exchanged for cash.
A.6 Where and when the attempts can be used
Every ordinary Rafflux competition must accept free pre-launch reward attempts from a member who otherwise satisfies its published Official Rules. The member may allocate all five attempts to one such competition or split them across as many as five, including one attempt in each. Each participant may purchase up to 500 paid attempts for a competition, or a lower per-person limit disclosed in its Official Rules. Free pre-launch reward attempts are additional to that participant’s paid purchase limit, and an ordinary competition cannot reduce their acceptance to zero merely because they are promotional.
A validly granted reward attempt has no expiry date. The app-launch cutoff ends new pre-launch reward grants; it does not expire attempts already granted. Rafflux does not promise a launch date and no cash substitute is due merely because use is delayed or because a reward attempt is promotional rather than money.
A.7 Competition treatment
An authoritatively accepted free pre-launch reward attempt ranks on the same disclosed skill basis as another valid attempt. It is additional to the participant’s maximum of 500 purchased paid attempts for that competition and contributes zero to the separate competition-wide submitted paid-attempt goal, paid revenue, paid progress or revenue-based cash-alternative calculation.
Allocating an attempt reserves it for that competition. If it is actually played or submitted, it is consumed under the Official Rules. If it remains unplayed when the competition reaches its fixed published end, Rafflux restores that reward attempt exactly once to the member’s available reward balance; it is not converted to wallet money or cash. The same restoration applies when a verified Rafflux outage invalidates or prevents the fair completion of the authorized attempt.
Using a reward attempt is subject to completed identity verification and the competition’s Official Rules, including game, timing, scoring, anti-cheat, technical-fault, tie, verification and claim provisions.
A.8 Duplicate prevention and retries
The reward is limited to once per eligible person, account and verified phone. The database prevents repeated grants for the same campaign/account and prevents one verified phone from being linked to multiple accounts. Because phone uniqueness is not proof of personhood, the person-level rule also depends on proportionate eligibility review.
If a screen reports failure after the final action, the user should check member status or contact support before starting another identity. Rafflux will reconcile the authoritative record rather than manually grant a duplicate.
A.9 Phone changes, recovery and account closure
A verified phone change or account recovery may require human review to preserve the one-person/one-phone rule. A legitimate recovery does not create a new reward. Transferring an account or reward to another person is prohibited.
Voluntary account deletion makes unused promotional attempts unavailable after applicable retention and recovery safeguards. Rafflux may retain a secret-keyed HMAC duplicate-prevention token and the minimum non-redeemable pre-launch reward anti-repeat evidence for up to 6 years after account closure or the relevant relationship where needed to prevent repeated grants and prove compliance. That record does not contain the raw identity-document number and remains subject to applicable data-protection rights and legal obligations.
A.10 Disqualification and review
Rafflux may restrict or revoke an unredeemed promotional entitlement after evidence of ineligibility, duplicate-account abuse, automation, false identity, phone manipulation or a material breach. It will not revoke the reward merely because optional marketing was refused or withdrawn.
A materially adverse decision uses a structured safe reason and is reviewable by George through geobusiness05@outlook.com. A future administrator may review it only after George specifically assigns the Admin role and access. The person may correct the evidence and request a human appeal; an identity appeal must be decided by a different AAL2-authenticated Admin or Owner reviewer. Security-sensitive evidence may be summarized rather than disclosed in a way that would help bypass controls or expose another person.
A.11 Changes or cancellation
Rafflux may make prospective technical or legal changes before pre-launch reward enrollment closes at public app launch, but cannot use a hidden change to duplicate, reduce, expire or erase an already granted record. A material change is published and may require renewed acceptance.
Invite, streak and bundle promotions are intended for launch, but their numerical rules and any cancellation treatment are not published in these rules. They do not create an entitlement until their exact terms are published. Paid-feature cancellation rules will be published before any paid feature is opened.
A.12 Privacy
Rafflux processes verification, membership and entitlement data as explained in the Privacy Notice. It collects only a city or area during enrollment. An exact address is not needed unless a later provisional win requires private claim or delivery data.
A.13 No purchase and no live prize
Enrollment is free. No purchase improves eligibility for the five-attempt grant. These rules do not award a prize and do not open a competition. Each future competition requires separate effective Official Rules.
A.14 Complaints and governing terms
Questions or disputes about enrollment or the reward may be sent to geobusiness05@outlook.com or raised by telephone on +357 95788101. The complaint, liability, mandatory-rights and governing-law provisions in the effective Terms apply to these rules.
