Winner Claim and Delivery Terms

A leading leaderboard position is not a final win. Rafflux first completes the integrity, eligibility, account, payment/reward-source and tie review required by the Official Rules. The candidate remains provisional until Rafflux issues written final confirmation.

Before these terms are incorporated into a live competition, the claim process must send the first notice to the verified account email and may use the verified phone for a service alert where lawful. The Official Rules may identify an additional in-app notice. The implemented process must keep evidence of send and delivery status and must never ask for a password, one-time code or full card details.

The provisional winner must respond through the stated claim channel within 48 hours after valid notice. If Rafflux knows the notice failed, the 48-hour period does not begin from that failed message and Rafflux will make a reasonable alternative contact attempt.

A person who responds in time but has a documented medical, bereavement, connectivity or comparable circumstance may request a reasonable extension. Extensions must be recorded and applied consistently rather than granted as hidden favoritism.

After responding, the candidate must ordinarily complete the requested verification within seven calendar days after Rafflux provides the secure request and document list. The Official Rules may set a different reasonable period for a complex prize and must state it before entry.

Rafflux may request full legal name, date-of-birth or 18+ evidence, a valid Cyprus identity card, control of the unique verified +357 account number, tax information required for the award, exact delivery address and recipient contact details. Rafflux has chosen the +357 number and valid Cyprus identity card as its Cyprus-eligibility requirements and does not require separate proof of current residential address. It still collects only what is needed for that published test and the particular claim.

The exact delivery address is private account/claim information and is not published on a leaderboard. Do not send identity evidence through ordinary email unless Rafflux expressly identifies that route as secure and approved for the claim.

Only George as Owner or an active Admin specifically assigned by George, with AAL2 multi-factor authentication, may perform the identity and eligibility review. The protected card is displayed in a short-lived in-page viewer, and the access audit records the reviewer, structured purpose, opening time, document side and viewer/session expiry. This workflow does not use OCR, facial recognition, biometric templates, liveness analysis, AI identity matching or automated identity rejection. Fraud or integrity signals can prompt further human review but are not conclusive by themselves.

If evidence is unclear or rejected, Rafflux uses a structured category and safe explanation, allows a reasonable correction and provides a human appeal before permanent forfeiture unless an urgent legal restriction prevents it. The original reviewer cannot decide the appeal. For duplicate prevention, a document number may be converted only on the server into a secret-keyed HMAC token; the raw number is not stored or logged, the token is treated as personal data and a possible match requires recorded human resolution rather than an automatic rejection, suspension or ban.

When the published minimum prize-funding threshold is met and the exact physical item can be supplied and delivered, the award is that item. The winner cannot elect cash instead. Cash applies only under an objective fallback published before entry: the threshold is not met at final reconciliation, or the exact item is unavailable, damaged before handover, cannot be supplied, or cannot be delivered after the published reasonable alternatives. Rafflux may not invoke a cash fallback merely because physical fulfilment is inconvenient or less profitable.

The Official Rules must state that the cash prize is the greater of €5.00 or 50% of Gross Eligible Paid-Attempt Receipts, rounded half up to the nearest euro cent, and define that VAT-inclusive settled-and-retained amount and its exclusions before purchase. VAT, payment-processing fees, prize acquisition, delivery, logistics and Rafflux operating costs are borne from Rafflux’s remaining 50% and do not reduce the winner’s stated 50% cash prize. Live progress estimates are not the final reconciled amount. An approved fallback is paid within 14 business days after the required winner verification and approved payment details are complete. For an item-supply or delivery fallback, the host receives no item purchase price, no 20% payment and no Host Reward.

The physical-prize delivery and collection territory is an eligible verified address or collection point in the areas of the Republic of Cyprus under the effective control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus. Rafflux pays ordinary courier, delivery, collection and transfer costs. The planned ordinary service level is delivery within 30 calendar days after final verification, followed by two reasonable delivery attempts and then a collection notice. The winner has 30 calendar days after that notice to collect. A winner pays only an exceptional cost caused by the winner's request or error, such as repeated redelivery, an incorrect address, optional premium delivery or excessive storage, and only when the cost was clearly disclosed and agreed before it was incurred.

A claim is not closed automatically after a missed delivery or collection period. Rafflux must issue final notice, preserve delivery evidence and complete a recorded human review before closing the claim and considering the next eligible ranked candidate. The Official Rules must state identity on receipt and an inspection or reporting process for visible damage or a materially incorrect prize.

A winner must provide an accurate deliverable address and cooperate with reasonable scheduling. Rafflux will not publish the address or use it for unrelated marketing.

If the prize is a vehicle, the Official Rules must state registration, transfer fee, road licence, import, tax, delivery and inspection responsibilities. The winner must arrange any legally required motor insurance in the winner’s own name before ownership or possession transfers where that is the published rule. Rafflux does not promise insurance unless the specific rules expressly include it.

The Official Rules must state which known prize taxes or reporting costs Rafflux pays and which remain the winner’s responsibility. Rafflux will not promise to absorb every possible personal tax without accountant and legal confirmation. A winner may obtain independent tax or legal advice before accepting, subject to the claim deadline.

If the delivered prize is broken, materially incorrect or non-working, Rafflux first repairs it or replaces it with the same promised item within a reasonable time and without ordinary cost to the winner. Cash is used only if that repair or same-item replacement is objectively impossible. Any stated manufacturer, seller or host warranty must be described accurately; Rafflux does not add a commercial warranty unless the Official Rules expressly say so, and mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

If the exact prize becomes genuinely unavailable through damage, supplier failure or force majeure despite reasonable pre-opening controls, Rafflux will use the objective remedy published in the Official Rules: the final disclosed cash fallback. Rafflux will not select a different physical product or an inferior item through undisclosed discretion.

If delivery to the verified eligible address is genuinely impossible, Rafflux and the winner will first use the reasonable alternative delivery or collection arrangements published before entry. If physical fulfilment remains impossible, Rafflux pays the cash fallback calculated and frozen under the completed Official Rules rather than use undisclosed discretion. The calculation, timing and applicable tax treatment must appear in those Rules before entry.

If the candidate does not respond after valid notice and reasonable follow-up, does not complete verification, refuses the published award, is ineligible or is disqualified after human review, Rafflux may close that claim and review the next eligible ranked candidate from the authoritative results.

The prior claim and reason are preserved in the audit history. Rafflux does not delete or rewrite the leaderboard evidence to make the successor appear to have achieved the original top result.

Receiving a prize does not automatically grant Rafflux unlimited rights to the winner’s image, video, voice, testimonial or social account. Identifiable promotional content requires a separate, specific release where optional. Refusal does not cancel a valid award.

Rafflux will ask the winner separately whether Rafflux may film the reaction or prize handover. The winner may consent to identifiable footage, consent only if identifying features are blurred, or refuse filming. A home exterior or recognizable location receives the same separate treatment, with advance scheduling and reasonable steps not to record bystanders, neighbours, documents, vehicle plates, exact address details or private interiors. Rafflux must offer a non-public handover route.

If the winner refuses filming, the intended public notice is limited to the winner’s name or agreed minimized name, competition and item won. The completed Official Rules must state those minimum fields before entry and never publish an exact address or identity-document data. Refusing optional publicity does not cancel a valid award.

A submitted Cyprus identity-card image or scan receives an automated deletion deadline no later than the end of the submission day in Cyprus. The server-mediated decision route deletes the files before finalizing the outcome, and the restricted cleanup worker removes overdue evidence and verifies that the private storage prefix is empty. Only an AAL2-authenticated Owner may set a listed law-enforcement, active-security-investigation or litigation-preservation hold, for no more than 24 hours at a time; expiry or early release returns the case to deletion. Rafflux ordinarily retains the minimized verification outcome and purpose, time and access audit for up to 24 months after account closure. It may retain the secret-keyed HMAC duplicate-prevention token and minimum non-redeemable reward anti-repeat evidence for up to 6 years after account closure or the relevant relationship where needed to prove compliance and prevent duplicate benefit abuse. Those records are personal data, do not contain the raw identity-document number and are not the identity document. Delivery, tax, claim and audit facts follow their separate retention periods.

The competition’s completed Official Rules control the prize-specific facts. These Winner Terms control the general claim process unless the Official Rules provide a clearer, lawful and more specific rule. The Terms and mandatory law continue to apply.
