Official Rules Framework
Version official-rules-framework-rc9 · Updated 24 August 2026
Every Rafflux competition must have its own durable Official Rules. The schedule below identifies the facts and protections that cannot be left to a social post, a changing app screen or undocumented staff discretion.
The completed rules supplement the Terms. Competition-specific provisions control where they are more specific, while mandatory law controls over both.
1. Sponsor and legal status
The Operator is George Michael / Γιώργος Μιχαήλ, an individual sole trader trading as Rafflux. Business and service address: Daidalou 3a, Larnaca 7020, Republic of Cyprus. Email: geobusiness05@outlook.com. Telephone: +357 95788101. VAT No.: CY60074939F. Repeat those facts in the completed schedule and identify any approved item host, supplier or fulfilment partner without transferring Rafflux’s responsibility to the winner ambiguously.
For an Operator-supplied prize, retain dated evidence that the exact prize is acquired, contractually reserved, or backed by verified supplier availability and protected procurement arrangements. For a third-party hosted item, retain the signed Host Supply Agreement, ownership/provenance evidence, exact item specification, fixed purchase price and supply/transfer controls. Apple or another manufacturer is not a sponsor merely because its product is used as the prize.
The Operator reports professional advice concluding that no gaming licence is required for the Rafflux model when implemented as structured. Record the advice relied on and the frozen mechanics to which it applies. Do not describe that advice or the business-model label as a regulator licence, exemption, approval or guarantee of legality.
The Operator supplied a 24 July 2026 response from the Cyprus National Betting Authority. It explains that the Authority licenses land-based Class A and electronic Class B betting under Law 37(I)/2019 and has the stated licensing role for certain games of chance under Law 52(I)/2018; licensing services outside those described does not fall within its competence. It also says the Authority does not provide legal opinions or statutory interpretations and that the operator remains responsible for obtaining legal advice and ensuring compliance. That response is useful jurisdictional information, but it is not a Rafflux licence, exemption, approval or legal-clearance letter.
2. Competition identity and version
Give the competition a unique code and title. Identify the immutable rules version, publication time and any content hash used by the backend. Identify the assigned game, frozen build/ruleset, scorer revision, rank direction and server time standard.
3. Eligibility and exclusions
State the minimum age, verified-phone requirement, Cyprus identity-card requirement, account standing, geographic restrictions and any employee, contractor, supplier or household exclusions. Rafflux’s chosen Cyprus-eligibility rule requires control of a unique verified +357 number and a valid Cyprus identity card, without separate proof of current residential address. A member may deposit before verification, but cannot purchase or allocate a paid, free or reward attempt, enter a competition, start or play an attempt, or submit a result until verified. A card is reviewed only through the protected private upload and short-lived in-page viewer by George as Owner or an active Admin specifically assigned by George, using AAL2 multi-factor authentication. The access audit records the reviewer, structured purpose, time, document side and session expiry.
State that identity images receive an automated deletion deadline no later than the end of the submission day in Cyprus and are removed through the server-mediated decision route or verified cleanup worker. Any exceptional preservation hold requires an AAL2 Owner, a listed law-enforcement, active-security-investigation or litigation-preservation reason and a separately recorded period of no more than 24 hours at a time. State that the workflow uses no OCR, facial recognition, biometric template, liveness analysis, AI identity matching or automated identity rejection; structured safe rejection reasons, correction and a human appeal decided by a different reviewer remain available.
If the schedule uses person-level duplicate prevention, explain that the document number is converted only on the server into a secret-keyed HMAC token, the raw number is not stored or logged, the token is personal data, and a possible match requires recorded human resolution rather than automatic rejection, suspension or banning.
State clearly whether reward, free and paid entry routes have identical skill eligibility and ranking treatment. Do not create a hidden advantage or disadvantage based on purchase.
4. Entry period and time zone
Publish the exact opening and fixed closing date/time in Europe/Nicosia and UTC. State how server receipt time controls and how daylight-saving changes are handled. A funding threshold does not move the published end earlier or close paid allocation.
Rafflux currently intends publication to start immediately for a configured positive whole-day duration and to end exactly at the disclosed deadline. If that product rule changes, the specific rules must say so before entry and receive a separate release review.
5. Entry routes, price and limits
List every permitted route: paid attempt, pre-launch reward, invite/streak reward, other free route or bundle. State the payment provider, exact total price and included VAT for paid attempts, any transaction fee, maximum attempts per person/source, the fixed closing time and correction/refund method before payment. Do not describe the competition as sold out or imply a competition-wide paid-attempt capacity.
The current plan permits each participant to purchase no more than 500 paid attempts for one competition, subject to any lower per-person limit disclosed before purchase. Free and reward attempts are additional to that participant’s paid purchase limit. Reaching a participant’s limit blocks only that participant’s further paid purchases and does not end the competition early or shorten the play window for an already authorized unplayed attempt. There is no competition-wide paid-attempt cap: a published minimum prize-funding threshold determines the final award outcome, not whether an eligible participant may purchase another paid attempt before the fixed deadline. The planned minimum €5 wallet deposit is not the attempt price and must not be presented as one. The exact attempt price, threshold and deposit terms remain subject to the competition, payment, VAT and consumer release.
If a free-entry route is required by the legal classification, describe it with equal prominence, reasonable accessibility, closing time and skill treatment. Do not hide a material restriction in a later screen.
6. Minimum prize-funding threshold and fixed deadline
State the fixed minimum prize-funding threshold, its frozen VAT-inclusive euro amount and the exact calculation and reconciliation method. It is a prize-outcome threshold, not a competition-wide entry cap: paid allocation remains available to eligible members until the fixed deadline, subject only to the per-participant limit and published integrity controls. Free and reward attempts do not count toward the threshold or its progress.
State that a later valid refund, chargeback or duplicate reversal does not reopen gameplay and that final reconciliation can switch the final prize outcome if Gross Eligible Paid-Attempt Receipts fall below the threshold. The final reconciliation must use only qualifying paid receipts defined before purchase.
7. Skill task and scoring
Describe the player action, permitted controls, completion condition, exact score/time unit, penalties, rank direction, server validation and disqualifying technical conditions in reproducible language. A participant must be able to understand what skill is measured before entering.
The planned game schedule will select either lowest server-validated completion time or highest deterministic performance score based on disclosed precision, reaction time and execution criteria, expressed on a 0–100 scale where that scorer is used. Store the authoritative raw precision needed for ranking and disclose the display precision. Retaining ten decimal places makes a tie less likely but does not make a tie impossible.
Rafflux’s current architecture supports Element Run lowest completion time, Orbit lowest penalized completion time after the required target and Rise highest exact score. A competition must select one frozen implementation rather than silently mixing mechanics.
8. Attempts, DNF and invalid submissions
Define when an attempt is allocated, starts, is consumed, is submitted and can rank. Distinguish a valid completed result, canonical played DNF/interruption, unused allocation, malformed protocol data, duplicate submission and verified platform fault.
State the economic effect of each paid state and the remedy for a verified Rafflux technical failure. At the fixed end, every purchased attempt that remains genuinely unplayed is refunded or credited exactly once and every allocated-but-unplayed reward attempt is restored exactly once to the available reward balance. A disqualification does not automatically create a refund unless the rules or mandatory law provide one.
9. Leaderboard and concealed values
State the number of public positions, public identity format, refresh behavior and whether rank 1’s exact numeric value is concealed during live play. Explain that the full stored value still determines position and that rounded public values do not create a tie.
10. Exact ties
Use a disclosed skill-only resolution. Rafflux’s planned default is a fresh server-authorized one-attempt playoff between the tied participants on the same frozen game, mode, version and common configuration after integrity review, repeated if needed. Rafflux gives tie notice within 48 hours, schedules the playoff within seven calendar days, permits one documented reschedule for a serious circumstance and may treat an unexplained no-show after valid notice as forfeiture. A verified outage restores the playoff attempt and reschedules it. Never use randomness, insertion order or an undisclosed timestamp.
11. Anti-cheat and evidence
Identify prohibited tools and conduct, replay/input evidence, device or plausibility signals, review process, provisional flags, disqualification effects, evidence preservation, structured safe reasons, correction and the human appeal route. An identity appeal must be decided by a different assigned AAL2 reviewer, and a possible HMAC duplicate-token match must receive recorded human resolution. Avoid exposing detection details that would enable evasion.
12. Prize and proof of availability
Describe the exact prize, quantity, model/specification, colour, condition, included accessories, supplier/host, ownership or contractual availability, restrictions, fulfilment route and any manufacturer or commercial warranty actually included. If Rafflux advertises an approximate retail value, it must be dated and substantiated. Do not use an illustrative product image that materially differs from the award.
The planned first prize is one new iPhone 17 Pro Max. The final schedule must add its storage capacity, exact colour, condition, included accessories, actual manufacturer/retailer warranty, supplier or host role and dated availability evidence before entry opens; the product name alone is not a complete prize description. Rafflux promises no additional commercial warranty unless the schedule states one, and it does not exclude mandatory rights.
State a narrow objective contingency for damage, supplier failure, genuine impossible delivery or force majeure. Rafflux’s selected substitution for an unavailable or damaged item is the disclosed final cash alternative, not an undisclosed replacement product. Generic discretion to cancel or downgrade the award is not acceptable.
13. Cash alternative
The winner cannot elect cash when the minimum prize-funding threshold is met and the exact prize can be supplied and delivered. State the objective fallback triggers before entry: the threshold is not met at final reconciliation, or the exact item is unavailable, damaged before handover, cannot be supplied, or cannot be delivered after the published reasonable alternatives. Rafflux may not substitute cash merely because physical fulfilment is inconvenient or less profitable. The cash prize is the greater of €5.00 or 50% of Gross Eligible Paid-Attempt Receipts, rounded half up to the nearest euro cent; no discretionary deduction applies.
Gross Eligible Paid-Attempt Receipts means VAT-inclusive amounts actually paid, successfully settled and retained for qualifying paid attempts in that competition before its fixed deadline. It excludes free or promotional attempts, discounts not charged, failed, voided, refunded and charged-back amounts. VAT, payment-processing fees, prize acquisition, delivery, logistics, marketing, payroll and other Rafflux costs are borne from Rafflux’s remaining 50% and do not reduce the winner’s 50% cash prize.
Show that live amounts are estimates and identify when the authoritative amount freezes. Do not call the award tax-free. Rafflux bearing its own VAT, payment-processing, prize and fulfilment costs does not decide or remove a winner’s personal tax or reporting obligations; the completed schedule must state any confirmed treatment accurately.
14. Third-party hosted-item economics
This section applies only when an approved third party owns or supplies the advertised item. The completed schedule identifies the host and the signed Host Supply Agreement. If the published money goal is met at final reconciliation, Rafflux buys the exact item for a fixed purchase price equal to 50% of that published money goal and awards the physical item to the winner. The host receives no additional share or Host Reward in that branch. Applicable VAT or tax, ordinary processor charges, delivery and transfer costs allocated to Rafflux are borne from Rafflux’s side and do not increase the fixed host purchase price.
If an objective item-supply or delivery fallback occurs, the winner receives the frozen cash fallback and the host receives no item purchase price, no 20% payment and no Host Reward. Host funds must not be released before the item obligation is satisfied. If the paid goal is not met, the host keeps the item and receives no item purchase price or ordinary share.
After a missed goal only, a Host Reward is available if Rafflux verifies either at least €500 combined eligible Meta and TikTok advertising spend for the pre-approved campaign, or more than 2,000,000 eligible organic views through pre-approved host-owned accounts. Paid, purchased, automated, bot-generated, duplicate, unrelated or unverifiable views do not count. Receipts, platform exports, campaign/account identifiers and any other requested evidence must support human verification. The qualifying promotional activity is not automatically reimbursed.
Host Reward equals 7% of Final Profit. Final Profit is settled, non-refunded and non-charged-back submitted paid-attempt receipts after VAT/tax actually due, processor/refund/chargeback fees, the winner’s frozen cash fallback, ordinary delivery/transfer costs and other specifically disclosed competition obligations. The reward is never below €0 or above the money still available after higher-priority obligations. It becomes payable after winner settlement and a 30-day reserve. Later refunds, chargebacks or corrections may be offset against future host payouts or recovered. The former up-to-8% creator reward is retired.
15. Winner determination and claims
Explain top-down provisional review, integrity and eligibility checks, notice channels, the 48-hour response deadline, the ordinary seven-day verification-completion deadline, reasonable extension criteria, alternate-winner sequence and appeal route.
Incorporate the current Winner Claim and Delivery Terms or publish a competition-specific replacement. Identify the minimum claim data and secure document route.
16. Delivery, transfer, inspection and tax
The physical-prize delivery and collection territory is an eligible verified address or collection point in the areas of the Republic of Cyprus under the effective control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus. Delivery is within 30 calendar days after final verification. Rafflux pays ordinary courier, delivery, collection and transfer costs. The winner pays only an exceptional cost caused by the winner’s request or error, disclosed and agreed before it is incurred. Rafflux makes two reasonable delivery attempts and then offers collection; the winner has 30 calendar days from valid collection notice. After a final notice and human review, failure to collect may close that claim and permit review of the next eligible ranked candidate.
If the delivered prize is broken, non-working or materially different from the published prize, Rafflux repairs it or replaces it with the same prize. If that is objectively impossible after reasonable steps, Rafflux pays the frozen cash fallback. If physical fulfilment is otherwise genuinely impossible after the published delivery and collection alternatives, use the same disclosed fallback rather than an undisclosed substitute.
For a vehicle, state who pays and performs registration, ownership transfer, transfer fees, road licence, import, inspection and delivery, and when risk and title pass. State who must arrange legally required motor insurance before the winner drives or takes possession. A general statement that Rafflux delivers the vehicle does not answer those separate responsibilities.
17. Cancellation, outage and refund
Define the limited circumstances for cancellation, suspension and resumption; treatment of valid entries and unused attempts; refund route; and notice method. A verified outage means a Rafflux, hosting, server, network or scoring failure that prevents a fair authorized attempt or reliable submission. Rafflux’s selected remedy is to restore every affected attempt or paid value exactly once and extend the deadline by the verified outage duration; if the outage occurs during the final 24 hours, the extension is at least 24 hours. Material rules must not be changed after entry merely because the result or economics are inconvenient.
Reaching a participant’s per-person paid purchase limit blocks only that participant’s further paid purchases. There is no competition-wide paid allocation ceiling or sell-out. Reaching the minimum prize-funding threshold does not end play or paid allocation early. Already authorized attempts remain playable until the deadline, subject to a verified-outage extension.
18. Winner publicity
Identify the minimum public winner notice as the winner’s name or agreed minimized name, competition and item won. Keep photographs, video, voice, testimonial, social-handle, home and location promotion behind a separate optional release. Offer identifiable filming, a blurred version or no filming. Refusing optional publicity must not cause forfeiture, and an exact address is never published.
19. Privacy and retention
Link the effective Privacy Notice and state any competition-specific gameplay, payment, identity, delivery, public-winner and retention details. For identity evidence, repeat the assigned-reviewer and AAL2 access gate, short-lived in-page viewing, purpose/time/access audit, same-day automated deletion deadline, bounded exceptional hold, structured safe reasons, correction, different-reviewer appeal and server-only HMAC token treatment. Explain that there is no OCR, biometric processing or automated identity rejection and describe any other significant automated processing and its human review route.
20. Complaints, law and platform disclaimers
Give geobusiness05@outlook.com and +357 95788101 as the support/appeal contacts, the response targets, governing law, competent consumer forum and any recognized ADR or regulator route. Preserve mandatory rights.
If distributed through an app or promoted on a third-party platform, state that Apple, Google and the relevant social platform are not sponsors or administrators and are not responsible for the competition, using the wording required by that platform at publication time.
21. Publication checklist
Before Publish now is available, the owner release must verify the exact rules text/hash, secured prize or signed Host Supply Agreement, frozen money goal and host purchase price, objective fallback reserve, host proof and payout controls where applicable, scoring artifact, dates, economics, identity gate, support readiness, winner/delivery process, refund worker, settlement worker and production configuration. A draft database row or UI preview is not publication.
