Rafflux Wallet
A simple euro balance with protected payments and auditable wallet activity.
A clear euro balance
The Rafflux wallet and each eligible paid-attempt price will be shown directly in euros. The exact price and any VAT included in that displayed price will be published in the competition-specific rules before purchase.
Website-only deposits
Future wallet deposits will use a verified hosted payment provider on Rafflux.net. The provider is not yet selected. The iOS app will display and use an eligible balance only after the disconnected preview is replaced by a separately reviewed production integration.
Deposit first, verify before competition access
A future user may deposit and hold a wallet balance before private ID review. Buying or allocating attempts, entering, playing, and submitting a competition result remain locked until Rafflux approves identity verification.
Server-authoritative activity
Deposits, paid-attempt charges, eligible refunds, payment reversals, and audited adjustments are written to the account wallet history by protected backend processes.
14-day deposit refund requests
You may contact geobusiness05@outlook.com within 14 calendar days after a successful wallet deposit to request a return of the portion that remains unspent. Value already consumed through a played or submitted attempt is not part of that change-of-mind request. After day 14, a valid unspent balance remains available to spend but is ordinarily not withdrawable or refundable, except where mandatory law, payment error, duplicate charge or verified Rafflux fault requires a remedy.
Eligible competition refunds
When eligible unused paid attempts are refunded after a competition closes, their euro value returns to the same wallet balance through an idempotent server-controlled process.
